    PROGRAM NOTE OF “EL SOBERANO”:

El Soberano (2013) for flute, violoncello and electroacoustic. The work has its main development in the timbre and melodic aspect. The sound transformation between the instruments and the rhythmic evolution conclude into a great climax to 5 minutes, in sync with the electroacoustic. In the piece, the trill play a central role (the sovereign), with its many variations both timbral (tremolos, scratch, frullato, etc.).

The electroacoustic are built with glissandos on the spectrum of water samples, the sound of a pencil writing and the ensemble instruments, which in turn all of them were subsequently exposed to processes and over-process. Also been used filtering white noise, and through FM synthesis were generated natural harmonic of the fundamental note. The electroacoustic are merged into the ensemble, although the recorded sounds are not used referentially. This has moments of total sync with instruments and participates in the timbral transformations.
