Notes

  • Program notes:

In 2014,I spent nine weeks in Belgrade, focusing on the questions, “What does this city sound like? Is it possible to portray it using sounds?” In
numerous excursions to different areas of the city, I collected sounds and noises. Also interviews with people became part of the resulting comprehensive acoustic archive of my compositional approach.
I designed a score by using my city map with eight concentric circles, the piece is composed with eight channels.

  • Technical specs:

The piece is fixed media, required is a DAW which is able to play 8 separated channels, 8 loudspeakers.
