Biography

ANA KAZIMIĆ (1985, Serbia) finished studies of composition (ballet music “Love – power of new rises“) and doctoral studies in Belgrade (dance fantasia “Muerto de amor”). She is working as an Assistant in the field of composition at the Faculty of Arts in Niš.
Ana was the winner of the composers’ competition of „Triorca“ project initiated by Norfolk County Council’s Music Service, England. She won the International Composition Competition commemorating the 1700th anniversary of the Edict of Milan. She was one of five chosen young composers for „Aurora Fine Arts Festival“ in Stockholm.
Ana has studied with eminent composers including Penderecki, Sandström, Schöllhorn, Pignon.
