Biography

: born in Bucharest/Romania she studied composition, piano, and organ at the National University of Music Bucharest, electroacoustic composition and music theory at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. This was followed by doctorate degrees in Bucharest (2009) and Vienna (2011). She has lived in Vienna since 2002 as freelancer (composer and music theorist). 2012-2013 she was a lecturer at the University of Vienna and since 2013 she has taught piano and music theory at the Richard Wagner Vienna Conservatory. She won several prizes in composition and her compositions were performed in Europe, USA, and Asia.
